The firm carefully plans every stage of litigation with clients and provides cost effective strategies in prosecuting or defending the case.

Our firm has more than 15 years of experience successfully representing clients in immigration matters before the US Department of Homeland Security, US Department of Labor, and US Department of State. 

In business immigration, our clients have included Construction Management, Pharma, Engineering, Hospitals and other Health Providers, Telecommunications, and Information Technology firms.  We have also represented a number of not-for-profit firms in the educational institutions, outstanding professors and researchers.

The firm has also successfully represented clients in Immigration Courts - including extreme hardship cases, adjustment cases, cancellation cases, and other removal cases. The firm’s federal court experience includes litigating  cases in the U.S. District Courts in Washington D.C. and Maryland, the U.S. Courts of Appeal in the Fourth Circuit, and D.C. Circuit.

The firm also has successfully litigated Ineffective Assistance of Counsel claims in various courts. Mr. Kayal has been appointed to serve as a panel member for the Attorney Grievance Commission for the state of Maryland.  He has worked with bar counsel to assist in prosecuting unauthorized practice of law and other misconduct.  The firm is also a  member for American Immigration Lawyers Association.
